John Cahill

John Cahill is the president of Beijing, Inc. Development Planning and Consulting, a California-based personal service corporation specializing in the area of pre-construction project management. Mr. Cahill brings 30 years of experience in all phases of commercial and mixed-use development, from site location and analysis through installation of the interior design package. Since incorporating his firm in 1980, he has increasingly focused on resolving the pre-construction issues that increasingly drive major development projects. His first rate organizational and project management skills bring focus to Paragon’s projects through analysis, conceptualization, land use entitlement negotiations, and government and community relations. At Paragon, Mr. Cahill coordinates the research and analysis of First Nation economic development issues, including land entitlement and designation processes, and manages the negotiations which emerge from the development of sovereign lands in adjacency to local communities.
