Brent Fleming, CHRP
Vice-President, Human Resources and Organizational Development

Brent Fleming, began his career over 15 years ago with a national car rental company where he made his mark delivering leadership skills training and performance management systems in a corporate setting.

Prior to joining the River Cree Resort & Casino, he was President of Human Resources Information Technology from 2001 to 2005. Recognized as a leader in the Human Resources field, Brent has been a consultant to such organizations as the Pinnacle award winners Creative Restaurants, the Town of Banff, and Focal Point International.

Along with his Canadian Human Resources Professional designation, Brent is also the author of many successful organizational development programs; including his successful “Hiring Without Fear” system, used by some of Canada’s leading companies.

In addition to being a member of the Human Resources Institute of Alberta and the Human Resources Management Association of Edmonton, Brent also sits on the YMCA’s advisory committee for their Youth Achievement Program.
