Justin Kolb acts as CFO and controller for Paragon Gaming. Following his education at Florida State University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Finance and a minor in Japanese, he began his professional career as a Project Financial Analyst in the IS Dept. of Circus Circus Enterprises, then worked for two years as Financial Analyst and eventually Director of Finance with Encore Productions, a Las Vegas-based convention and corporate event production company. Thereafter, for two years, he became the Controller for Phoenix Leisure, a start-up gaming company with interests in Colorado, Mississippi, Washington, and Wyoming. Since 2001 he has been a valued part of the Paragon team where he brings his knowledge and expertise of corporate finance.
