Since 2000, Paragon has worked with municipalities, government bodies, and tribal governments to successfully develop properties, on time and on budget. Our first two Canadian ventures were pursued in Alberta, CA with First Nation partners, and later we expanded into British Columbia as we developed a strategic niche in Western Canada.
